Had to change my appointment time as another urgent appointment clashed with it. The staff were very helpful and were able to schedule me in for the same day with another staff member that had "sugaring" experience". I gave SABI at least 4 days notice that I couldn't make my appointment. I always recommend making an appointment then you usually get the treatment you want on your desired day and time. I can't thank the staff enough for rescheduling me on the same day.

SABI are fantastic in particular Susan. I have been coming to Susan once a month for nearly 3 years for my facials and I would not go anywhere else.

It's a shame when your salon has signs in the massage and facial rooms to please be quiet and other clients don't respect that. May be the salon needs bigger signs up in the treatment rooms to be quiet. As a client attending this salon for over 20 years and various changes of ownership (all for positive reasons), I would like to have peace and quiet from other clientele when I have my regular treatments. It is very off putting trying to relax when someone else is talking in a cubicle beside you. The staff at SABI are absolutely lovely and are extremely good at what they do best. Delivering relaxing massages, invigorating facials, sugaring etc. I just wish other clients who are booked in for treatments would remain silent when you are trying to relax and enjoy your treatment experience.
