I had heard about these sessions through a friend and was a little bit nervous and sceptical . Anna explained the whole process in detail before we started and answered many questions. The room was cozy with essential oils that creating a very relaxing experience. Afterwards I felt much better than when I arrived and a sense of relief that there was nothing to be worried about. My Soholistic Reiki and Sound Healing session with Anna was a unique and calming experience.
