Felt the service; experience and end result was exceptional. I did find it rather expensive to the indicative quote as had booked online and would have appreciated a quote or explanation prior to the treatments. I’m hoping because of the end result that this will be low maintenance and more manageable. I do love my hair and received numerous compliments on the tone/ colour.

I love my stylist but always find it expensive compared to other salons. I have also heard this from other customers/ friends from your salon, i will continue to come but it often leaves a bad taste especially when the cashier looks sour!

In my experience staff do not regularly offer tea or coffee or a beverage when when you are seated and they often talk to one another during service which on the one hand is good there is a culture of collaboration but sometimes I find it a little inconsiderate, especially if they’re stopping their work. It feels like a disregard.

My hair was cut nicely but I don’t think the price matched the experience. The actual hair cut was done really quickly and lacked some of the attention to detail I’m used to at other salons.

Always offered a tea and coffee, but have to ask for a wine, even though other customers in the salon are drinking wine. Makes you feel less valued as a customer, to have to ask for a wine.

Recieved a good hair cut, hair dresser was great. I give a mediocre review as I had two of the young staff members giggling the whole time while washing my hair. Making me think they were laughing at me. Not a nice environment to be in from then. Thank you. Won't be back.
