I always enjoy coming to the salon. Ella is terrific at what she does and I have never been happier with my hair colour. At my most recent visit, I found the girl at the wash basin to be particularly rough and careless, unfortunately. I wasn't positioned correctly and had water running down the back of my neck and into my clothes. She asked if the water was the right temperature, but it was clearly cold - she had her hands in it? So it felt like she was asking out of habit, but hadn't used common sense. She was very rough with cleaning off the colour from around my hairline. It felt like she rubbed half of my makeup off - which felt unnecessary. She also splashed quite a bit of water on my face and in my eyes and when she was combing my hair, it was quite rough. She did ask if I was ok and apologised when I pointed out some of these things, but it just felt particularly clunky compared to normal. Sorry to complain! I just wanted to provide the feedback.
