I had a spray tan. I am now grey and look disgusting as opposed to tanned and glowing! I have tried to clean off the dirt (both legs) but I cannot now wear shorts or a dress. Will never go here for a spray tan again!

Had wax repeatedly applied and ripped off, easily over 10 times each spot, so face was sore and irritated, still missed hairs. Most painful and disappointing brow wax I've ever had and upper lip still pink a day later.

My right eyebrow was left way shorter and thinner than the left. Won't be back.

Hi Becky, since you asked for feedback I'll be honest. I can't really see any result from the teeth whitening, I found the mouth guard really uncomfortable it was too large for my lips which were stretched so much I had to squeeze the mouth guard together through out the whole treatment. A smaller size should be available. The therapist (not sure of her name as she never introduced herself) did not seem to know much about the process or product when I asked. My lashes look good and the whole lash lift was very comfortable. But my brows are way too dark. I asked for one shade darker and they are almost black (I have blonde hair)....it looks ridiculous. I used your bathroom whilst I was there and found there was no toilet seat and the whole bathroom needs a makeover and a good clean. Sorry to not give a glowing review but just being honest from my view point.

I have been coming to the salon for over 10 years and I always get the classic facial. I was really disappointed today. The therapist was lovely and she was very good, however I was VERY disappointed when she put the mask on and then left the treatment room for 10-15 minutes. I have never had this happen in the 10+ years I have been coming to the Salon, and it made the facial disappointing. The therapist did mention that she was filling in for Becky while she was away and that she was super busy, but I don't think the treatments should suffer. The treatments are not cheap and I would have to think long and hard before booking in again.
