The service and staff have all been amazing, the only comment I would make is - I've had three staff members and not one of them introduced themselves to me. There's no name tags and the confirmation text doesn't state who the appointment is with. It is not a big deal in the scheme of things, I would still recommend this salon to friends/family and want to try other treatments for myself... just giving something to consider!
