I was very lucky to receive a gift voucher & have my go to gal Lucy look after me for the most amazing facial & massage which admittedly was overdue. I sat enjoying herbal tea & a foot soak before my treatments got underway leaving me feeling relaxed before I even climbed into the cosy bed. Lucy consulted with me about my current skin needs & what products she may use to tailor my facial & how my body was feeling before she got started which left me able to fully zone out throughout the treatments. Other than some discrete check-ins that I was warm & comfortable I think I responded to whilst nodding off! I left feeling thoroughly pampered, my skin so plump & hydrated and some additions for my skincare for home. The atmosphere in the salon is always calm, welcoming & ambient and a super clean & presentable space without feeling clinical. Always a pleasure, thank you!

Booked a Brazilian and full leg wax/brow wax, did leave a comment that I am very pregnant and haven’t had a wax in a long time. No one rang ever to tell me the appointment was booked wrong. No one rang to say we need to move appointment or make it longer or change it. I show up to said appointment. The therapist said from the get go she might not get all of the waxing done as I booked wrong appointment and should have booked it as two, also said she might not be able to wax the back as I’m pregnant (never had an issue with that before as just led on my side) but I was like oh okay, I’m shock really. I felt awkward by this point. I felt the therapist was annoyed at me so I just led there was my eyes closed for the first part. I don’t feel the waxing was done great. I left with half a Brazilian as the back couldn’t be done due to pregnancy. I believe she just didn’t want to do it. It was a horrible appointment if I’m honest. I felt I was an ‘issue’ and I hate conflict, so just kept saying okay. Felt the therapist was on the stressed side due to the heat in the room also.
