Overall I like the environment of your place, I find the treatment rooms are intimate and give enough privacy, I also like that soothing music is played. During a recent visit however, I noticed that in one of treatment rooms paint was chipping off the wall and I thought to myself that probably it’s time for a renovation. The girls were lovely as they always are but the quality of the job this time was average. I did have my best Brazilian in your salon long time ago but unfortunately don’t remember the name of the person who did it. Last time and the time before it wasn’t just as good and I keep hoping to get the same quality job from someone else. I would then write down their name and request in future. My appointment was with Ebony, who is lovely and we had a nice chat - that always helps me as it gets me distracted from pain. Unfortunately though after returning home I noticed small patches of hair that weren’t removed from those less visible spots. Already during the session I noticed some hair being left and I asked Ebony to remove it, which she did but other hair was left. I know clients will have different needs and expectations but to me Brazilian means removing of all hair from the area, so maybe it would be helpful to ask upfront which hair needs to be removed and advise client if there would be extra charge to cover what’s outside the standard service - I would have gladly paid a bit more to get the job done thoroughly. I hope this review will be helpful for training your staff and running the salon.

I've changed from shopping centre nail shops to Collaroy skin care. The quality is so much superior to what I was used to. I pay a bit more but the polish stays on and my feet are looking better. Very happy.

Always treated myself and been a religious user of products which prolong the ageing process!!! However although this body scrub was like the majority I have experienced, nice and relaxing, it was not the full 60mins. as stated!! It was one of three gift vouchers given to me. Therefore I would probably not continue to use this salon. Body treatments are not cheap!! So we like to have the full time spent with us!!! I still have a facial & massage gift voucher to experience!!

Unfortunately the appointments are not staggered so the beautician was running late. Not her fault as previous client was late. She also seemed rushed and I didn't find it as relaxing as previous visits.

I’ve been here a few times before and had great experiences. I think perhaps this time the therapist was rushed and unable to do things correctly. I asked for the tan not to go on my face but she accidently sprayed it twice resulting in patchy skin on my cheek. The tan machine was leaking and Leaked on me in a few different spots but instead of owning up to it ( as the tan was clearly leaking on the floor as well) she was implying that I may have got product on my skin there before coming in. Eventually it got so bad she brought another lady in to look at it and they did resolve it. I totally understand these things happen and my therapist was lovely. I do hate to complain but I felt like a very rushed job and my face now has tan patches :( there are areas on my arms and legs that are uneven but my biggest concern was the face :/ I’m sure my therapist is amazing at doing tans but maybe more time is needed so she isn’t so rushed

On a whole the massage I recieved today was what was expected, however I found it quite strange that before my treatment the therapist explained to me that her hands would probably not be strong enough to complete the whole massage! As a former massage therapist myself I find this quite unprofessional
