I have been coming to the salon for over 10 years and I always get the classic facial. I was really disappointed today. The therapist was lovely and she was very good, however I was VERY disappointed when she put the mask on and then left the treatment room for 10-15 minutes. I have never had this happen in the 10+ years I have been coming to the Salon, and it made the facial disappointing. The therapist did mention that she was filling in for Becky while she was away and that she was super busy, but I don't think the treatments should suffer. The treatments are not cheap and I would have to think long and hard before booking in again.
