I received a voucher for a one hour full body massage following the birth of my first child, I arrived on time for my appointment and I was asked to be seated whilst the room was cleaned. I was taken through some 10 minutes later asked to get undressed, and lay on the bed. I was left waiting for at least 10 minutes before the therapist returned. I received what I would describe as a half hearted massage, the therapist covered my back, legs and forearms only. Feet, chest, face and head were missed entirely and my treatment finished some 40 minutes later. I did not recieve the full one hour treatment that was paid for, overall it was not an enjoyable experience and I will not be returning nor will I reccomend this salon to friends or family.

Booked a Brazilian and full leg wax/brow wax, did leave a comment that I am very pregnant and haven’t had a wax in a long time. No one rang ever to tell me the appointment was booked wrong. No one rang to say we need to move appointment or make it longer or change it. I show up to said appointment. The therapist said from the get go she might not get all of the waxing done as I booked wrong appointment and should have booked it as two, also said she might not be able to wax the back as I’m pregnant (never had an issue with that before as just led on my side) but I was like oh okay, I’m shock really. I felt awkward by this point. I felt the therapist was annoyed at me so I just led there was my eyes closed for the first part. I don’t feel the waxing was done great. I left with half a Brazilian as the back couldn’t be done due to pregnancy. I believe she just didn’t want to do it. It was a horrible appointment if I’m honest. I felt I was an ‘issue’ and I hate conflict, so just kept saying okay. Felt the therapist was on the stressed side due to the heat in the room also.

Disappointing experience. When machinery failed and I did not receive the treatment I was booked in for I was given a far inferior treatment and charged $125 for the ‘privilege’.

The treatment finished half an hour earlier than it suggested on the website. The massage was a simple back rub not an actual massage. The beautician kept knocking the bed and pushing against my hair.

Paris gave my a spray tan. She was absolutely lovely. I suppose it is a bit of pressure to be told "I have never ever had an excellent spray tan" I haven't and this was no exception! To her credit, she could see herself, the tan was patchy, and uneven. She was very concerned that I left the salon happy and took the time and trouble to re-spray where it was patchy. Unfortunately because it had dried in places, it wasn't a good look. The main reason that I wasn't as unhappy as usual, was because she had such a great attitude and was clearly well up on her customer service and how to treat clients. When I got home, I could see my face was really uneven and too dark. I did ask for another spray on my face, but not knowing your product, think it might have been useful for her to have said I wouldn't recommend it, as it will get darker. I don't know why I can never get the Hollywood look of a beautiful even natural looking tan. Is it the lack of expertise? Is it cheap products? Is it me??? I have asked all these questions often. I do resent paying my dollars and never ever walking out thrilled with my tan!
