I had Kathryn as my consultant and she was amazing, a young women who was engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made my experience after not such a good start with non-return phone call when I initially tried to book in and then the door buzzer not working when I arrived, I was nearly about to leave. All was forgotten very early in to my appointment, you have invested well in Katheryn as an employee, I will be back :-)
