Comment
O called an hour before closing time on a Saturday as I had another beautician cancel on me and had an event that evening (so really needed an eyebrow shaping). Not only was my call politely received, when they were booked and had less than an hour until closing - all therapists asked around to see if anyone would stay back for me. Within 5minutes the lovely Becky had volunteered and I was seen at almost 4:30pm on a Friday. So grateful for their understanding and professionalism. I will be back!
