I received a voucher for a one hour full body massage following the birth of my first child, I arrived on time for my appointment and I was asked to be seated whilst the room was cleaned. I was taken through some 10 minutes later asked to get undressed, and lay on the bed. I was left waiting for at least 10 minutes before the therapist returned. I received what I would describe as a half hearted massage, the therapist covered my back, legs and forearms only. Feet, chest, face and head were missed entirely and my treatment finished some 40 minutes later. I did not recieve the full one hour treatment that was paid for, overall it was not an enjoyable experience and I will not be returning nor will I reccomend this salon to friends or family.
