Hi Rebecca my facial to day was excellent with Catherine , thank you Chloe for recommending Catherine in your absent, I look forward to seeing you again soon and hope you make a full recovery from your medical procedure. You will be very busy with the upcoming birth of your first child, such an exciting time. Good Luck , I look forward to hearing the news of your baby's safe arrival. i just need to say the salon is looking very tired and feels dirty , the wrap i was given today to wear for my facial was very thread bear , stained and very tatty, almost to the point I thought twice about putting it on , it just didn't feel clean and fresh, the towels i laid on and the cover i was under didn't feel fresh and clean, yet i hope they were. And i could not believe the head band that had been on my head to keep my hair of my face , i was horrified. These items have nothing to do with the staff, they are not to blame they are working with what they have been provided with . i was very disappointed today.i also noticed the wooden door when i was walking out back into reception it look like a door at a work shop, not my favorite beautician. Becky your my favorite salon I have been coming there a long time, but I was very shocked today.
