I really appreciated that even though due to circumstances I was fairly late for my appointment, the service was just as good as ever, with no feeling of being rushed. I don't make it in often, but when I do it always somehow feels like catching up with friends.

This was possibly the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a hairdressers, everyone was super friendly and chatty and genuinely interested in getting to know me, there was a massage chair whilst I had my hair washed and the head massage was insane! I had a delicious latte & glass of bubbles and as for the hair cut, I had never experienced someone take so much care and attention to ensure it was perfect. I felt in really good hands and my hair looks great! I left a tip and will certainly go back again, I've recently moved to Melbourne from London so was in need of a decent hairdressers to return to throughout my year here, I think I picked the best place!

Love this place. Always a pleasure, nothing is too much trouble. I've been to other salons (closer to work, moved house etc) but always come back. My hair looks and feels fabulous every time.

I am a regular here. My haircut always grows out so beautifully as does my colour and they do free fringe trims if you need one a couple of weeks later. It's because of these perks that I love them. Today my hair appointment was cancelled as my hairdresser was sick. :( However, these guys set me up with another hairdresser for the same day, (Colin himself!) and I had another wonderful experience! Really great staff who are attentive and are great at what they do. They really do care about their clients which is why I recommend them. Beautiful little gem just off Chapel St! Thanks Colin and your team! It was Barry!
