The massage and facial were lovely but the venue itself was disappointing. The receptionist was sat eating lunch when we arrived which didnt set the tone for a professional experience, the showers and changing area was not very clean with quite a lot of hairs around and used towels thrown around. There were also used plates and glasses lying around on the table when we came out to relax. As a further note , the glasees ( which were plastic and again not what we expected) were only cleared away when we askwd for a glass of sparkling and they needed to take them to wash them for our drinks. I was definitely disappointed by the venue.

I had a massage & facial on the day with my daughter, I have filled out the paperwork before to stay I have oily skin, not sure what they used for the facial, however I ended up with a bad reaction on left side of my face, very inflamed & bubbly, have been to the doctors & advised it is from a bad reaction.. unfortunately I won’t be going back there again

I'm sorry for the amount I paid for my so called relaxation massage it was not worth the money. The masseur kept constantly stopping to get the oil to massage different areas of your body. When she massaged the area it was good you felt relaxing but it goes for a short time , you think is that it?? then she moves on to the next area and walks away to get the oil this was done too many times thru out of the whole 60min massage. And top it all the music was relaxing then part of the music was this annoying sound that kept going that I had to stop the girl to tell her if she could please change the music or turn it off. Overall sorry it was Shit!!! I get better and much more cheaper massage from those vietnamese masseurs from up the road. The only good thing at the end was the pool and the luch I had there. I expected perfection for an upmarket spa resort.

Lacked personal touch, tea was offered but not poured and empty when tried to pour. Change rooms were disgusting and smelt Robes should have been left in hotel room with a note to wear to session if going to offer such horrible change rooms
