The masseuses were excellent but I was cold because the room was freezing In your brochure it says you can order food from the poolside - you can’t you have to cross your courtyard and order at the bar the swimming pool is falling apart I could not access the shampoo or conditioner the changing room was cramped

Thank you for today's treatment. I did, however, encounter some disappointment with the timing. Having been booked for hammam directly before, no buffer time was recommended. The treatment began 10 minutes late, yet finished early, before 1 pm, as product explanations occurred during treatment. I anticipate product recommendations to be discussed following the 90-minute treatment.

I have visited elim.spa twice and both times I am surprised by the unkept dirty and unattractive entrance to the reception area. The area should be pressure cleaned and spruced up to make it more inviting. When I walked up to the steps I wasn't even sure if it was open or not as all the curtains are drawn and there is nobody in sight. I also found the prices are extremely high. I received the same massage elsewhere for $100 Less. I will NOT be visiting again.

The robes do not fit everyone. The sofas are awkward and uncomfortable. Overall the spa is outdated.

1) Massage was good but didn’t quite get into the muscle areas properly 2) entire venue was too hot, massage room in particular was too hot with the spa bath running. Pool was also too warm to enjoy a swim. 3) no clear towels in the male toilets to dry yourself after a shower 4) shower head in male toilet on the left broken and squirted water up into the air setting my dry clothes 5) pool area too hot on a warm day. Should open a few windows so air can circulate

I booked a spa package for my sister and I which was great value for money, we were greeted by a lovely lady who was very friendly and helpful and the services provided were excellent and run professionally. We arrived early as we wanted to make full advantage of the pool and facilities before our treatment but sadly this experience was extremely disappointing. The entrance into the spa was dirty, full of leaves we thought we were working through the back door of the premise as it did not look inviting at all. The facilities are very old, the bathrooms had rusty hairdryer holders, chipped tile and looked old and run down. The sauna was very noisy and felt dirty. The decor was very dated. The pool was cold, we were advised that the spa's heat pump was no longer working, the cushions on the sun beds were stained, worn out and uncomfortable. I was married there 23 years ago and could not fault the property back then, I have also had previous spa treatments in the past few years and always enjoyed them however I am not sure I would recommend the spa or hotel at this stage. This property is in need of a good refurbishment.
