The overall experience was really lovely however the massage I got would’ve been a 10/10 if the therapists hands weren’t a little rough which made the experience a little uncomfortable at times

Would have liked more pre service information regarding what to wear. As guests on the Mansion disappointed with lack of clarity on what to expect. Communication issues need to be addressed. I booked two couples in 2 Hamman Spa rooms. Arrived to find we were expected to all fit in one room.

I was treated to a very generous spa voucher for Christmas. It was the Moroccan Melt Spa Package. The organic products were beautiful, and the therapist was friendly yet professional. It was a treat to relax and enjoy being pampered from head to toe. I would recommend this experience. Some feedback that would make the experience even better. The first thing I noticed on arrival was that the entrance to the spa was very dirty. Lots of leaves, dust and bird poo on the paving at the front door. This should be kept clean to be more inviting. At the Hammam Chamber, I was given a very small bath towel to use after the Hamman experience. It was more suitable for wrapping my hair. I would expect a bath sheet or two towels for a luxury spa - one for hair and one for body. I also had to request water as the water jug was empty. This is a hot environment, so fluids are essential. Staff need to pay attention to these details. When I returned to my locker before the second part of my treatment, the floor in the female bathroom was extremely wet. I slipped but did not fall. For safety, having some non-slip mats on the floor may be appropriate. I mentioned this to reception as a hazard. The remainder of my treatment was excellent until I was directed to the lounge for more time to relax and enjoy tea or water. There was no tea, so I had to ask for it to be replenished. As a luxury day spa client, I should not have to point out these issues. Overall, it was a beautiful experience but it could have been outstanding with a little more attention to detail.

Overall, the experience was good, but the receptionist came to me at 4.55 pm to advise me the Spa would be closed at 5 pm. If I wanted to stay longer I could, but I would have to drop my key at the Hotel reception. She did not advise me where that was and which way to go. I completed my client details, but the therapist attending me did not get this handed to her so I had to go through all the information again. I also requested the therapist advise me on each treatment she was doing, but this didn't happen, so I had no idea what was going on my face.
