My friends and I enjoyed a luxury one hour spa experience at the complex. We were celebrating one friend's 70th birthday. Thanks to the very friendly and professional staff, we had the most amazing day. Free use of the pool and being able to lunch on site made this the perfect , happy experience.

Overall a lovely experience! It was great to be able to relax in the pool and sauna afterwards and it wasn’t too overcrowded! The only thing I will mention; which has nothing to do with the actual service, was the drive in. The road is pretty damaged and filled with lots of potholes. We had to drive very slowly and veer over to the other side of the road a lot to avoid going into the potholes. Other than that it was very nice, the staff are lovely and professional and the massage was great also!

May I recommend the time used for the head massage during the body exfoliation/mud wrap (before washing off) is reduced as its far too long and becomes quite uncomfortable. To again have a further head massage carried out during a facial (in the same pure bliss treatment) was unnecessary and again became quite uncomfortable and repetitive.
