I received a beautiful 90 min spa treatment today with my Husband. Quality products used and an excellent massage using gentle pressure as requested. The spa is starting to look old and in need of maintenance. The front steps are falling apart which is not a good look when you enter. The pool is also looking tired with some loose tiles and sealant. It’s also very dark in there. Not very inviting so me decided not to use it. What a shame as I was looking forward to a nice swim. It won’t stop me coming back as I’m quite local!

The massage was excellent and the massage staff cannot be faulted. One of the best massages I’ve had. However I was disappointed that you had no records of what we booked. I didn’t mention when we walked in that I had booked 30 min massage and 30 min facial. We received a 60 min massage. When I mentioned it to the receptionist she indicated that it was up to me to clarify that on arrival. That’s actually ridiculous that you don’t keep a record of what clients book and rely on them to tell you when they arrive. I booked via email and you would have a record of what was requested. The booking was actually made 3 months in advance.

It was great to be back at L.M Spa it was a very relaxing experience as soon as I walked in the door from the wonderful receptionist to my spa therapist. I can't wait to came back.

The treatment and service experience were outstanding, as always. However, we feel compelled to highlight some areas that could benefit from improvement: 1) It was a busy day at the spa, and my friend and I were asked to share a locker. This is not the first time this has happened, and I believe it would be beneficial for management to consider increasing the number of lockers to avoid such inconveniences. 2) The pool area requires immediate attention. The pillars and floor tiles around the pool are deteriorating. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, but the issues are quite apparent and should be evident to anyone, experienced or not. 3) The Spa team was fantastic in assisting with our order. However, the QR Code we scanned for ordering drinks and snacks at the pool only led us to a menu without a payment option. In today's world, where such technology is commonplace, it seems a disservice to require guests to trek around, especially when wet and cold, to complete their purchase. We are loyal clients and plan to continue visiting. We hope to see these concerns addressed in future visits, as they could significantly enhance the guest experience, particularly around the pool area. To the staff, a heartfelt thank you for your exceptional service and support.
