This was a gift for my birthday. It was a lovely experience. My room was extremely cold and at times uncomfortable. The therapist did finish a little earlier than expected. However, Nat at reception identified this and made up for it with a platter of desserts and a bottle of sparkling wine. She went above and beyond to rectify the experience. Her friendly nature and willingness to make us happy was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this service and ask for the heated blanket. My friends in the other room had a blanket and loved every minute.

Pool and spa were cold. Was expecting warmer. Treatment was wonderful and the glass of bubbles after nearly put us to sleep we were so relaxed! Shower pressure could be improved, plus the shampoo etc was difficult to get out.

The swimming pool was not hot, the water was too cold to stay in.

The ladies were amazing and our service was thoroughly enjoyed. Only downfall was that the pool/spa area is in bad need of repair.

My only feedback is the changing room was a bit on small side and only one area to change which only room for 1 person. We was well looked after and given offered complimentary spa treatment for inconvenience off short staff really felt pampered just what we needed as recently been through a traumatic time. They could however improve on spending a bit more time on showing us around and explaining what the treatment involves apart from that we had a fantastic experience 😀
