The place was run down and did not look up to standard of a lamcemore group experience. Cost for the service was on the pricy side. Staff were nice but not overly friendly or welcoming. Bathrooms locker area could also use updating and felt old and run down. Upon entering stairs were covered in bird poop and was not welcoming at all. I went with 2 other ppl for the same service and we all had a different experience during treatment so not the same across the board. Massage itself was a good quality

We did the melting moments and something seemed amiss and upon checking the spa menu at home, this was supposed to be a 45min massage, 60min facial and 15min scalp massage. Both me and my friend booked this weeks ago primarily for the facial time, however the massage went on for much longer then 45mins as did the hair treatment for way more than 15mins. The facial was super quick - 20-30 mins max, double cleanse, scrub and double mask - I can do all these at home by myself, why would I go to a spa. At the time of booking we selected native facial so I would assume this was added to the booking info as there was no consult about the skin type etc. We feel quite ripped off with the facial component of this treatment. The therapist was a lovely girl so no complaints regarding that at all. It just isn't right when you are paying 270 you expect what is on the menu. I had to come back and check the menu again as I thought I read something wrong but no I confirmed the facial was supposed to be the longest of the treatment. Yes no one carries a watch while in treatment but everyone can tell the time difference between the treatments. Our previous treatments were great as I had booked single treatments not a package one and its not right if you take payment for something as its not provided as described. I had also brought my family and friends to the spa so I'm quite dissapointed.

Massage: I would have preferred a proper spa treatment. Unfortunately, my therapist didn’t seem to know how to perform a massage effectively. She barely touched any muscles, and although I asked for a firm massage, it lacked any real pressure or technique. At the time, I tried to see it as a light, cute experience, but in truth, it left me completely unsatisfied. It felt more like someone gently patting me rather than delivering a proper therapeutic treatment. Facial Feedback: The facial experience was quite misleading. At times, I wasn’t even sure what was being applied—whether I had a mask on or not? There was no clear communication throughout, and was no eyeI cream delivered on the endThe whole treatment felt confusing and lacked the professional touch I expected. She was touching my chest but wasn’t applying any treatment anything on my neck….. I think therapist is lacking experience and knowledge in that sort of hotel! First time very unsatisfied experience! Would like to improve cleanliness in changing rooms the baskets Were Over field with dirty towels in robes. Reception cabinets with the creams are stored were all Very dusty and dirty…..I don’t think that should be acceptable in the spa environment! Definitely not buying a cream from those cabinets:( Receptionist lady was very professional and engaging! All other experience were very disappointing!

This is usually our favorite place to come for a mum's day off spa day. My hot stone massage and facial was excellent, I have no complaints there, however the rest of the experience was not great. The pool area was dirty, the pool water very cold, no choice on the food menu, ended up receiving very cold fries. Very dirty changing room facilities, hair all in the shower, no shampoo in one and the conditioner in the other empty, we were overcharged by $45, never received our bubbles as part of the winter warmer package, my 2 friends treatments were 20 minute shorter than planned, with a lady who was more concerned with her phone than the actual treatment. It felt as though all staff were new, the receptionist, albeit lovely, didn't know how to use the computer, the upkeep of the facilities is so far from what it usually is. We were really disappointed. We save weekly for this day out and it has left us feeling really flat. I would like to thank the therapist that completed by treatment (apologies I cannot remember her name) she was excellent, kind, warm and gentle at my request. A day with LM Spa is usually great, so I think this feedback is needed, to ensure you don't lose customers to what can be easy fixes. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

dissappointed. its not cheap, and although the lady was lovely, i really dont think she was a qualified masseuse. My second time here, the first i paid for, this was a birthday treat, and ive been dissappointed both times, there are far better options in the area.

When I arrived for my treatment there was tree lopping out the front of the spa. I was assured that it would not be able to be heard when in the treatment room but that was not the case. The whole way through my treatment all I could hear was the chainsaw and the mulching, it wasn't just in the background it was loud. It really wasn't relaxing at all.
