Very relaxing, calming environment including soft music, pleasant aromas, availability of hot tea and water. The provision of fluffy robes and slippers is lovely, however unfortunately one size does not fit all...bit embarrassing for me as a client. Next time I will bring my own robe...sigh. The massage itself was absolutely wonderful. Very skilled and respectful team. I felt very relaxed at the end. We were staying at the Mansion Hotel and had not brought swimming gear with us. The lovely staff gave us a voucher allowing us to return and use the pool, gym, sauna at our leisure. It is a little pricey, but enjoyed treating ourselves to a luxurious experience.

The staff were lovely and the overall experience good, the cleanliness of the toilet floors and the steam room were a concern, there is mould in the outside of the steam room which turned me off using it. I think Hulie was my masseuse, she was extremely skilled and very kind, I will return to see her as a therapist.

I visited with 4 friends. The staff were wonderful and the treatments we received were amazing. Loved the pool, spa and steam room plus plentiful towels, super comfy robes and lovely toiletries. My only slightly negative feedback is that the size of the change room and number of showers isn’t really suited to more than 3 people at anyone time. It’s a bit squishy! There were 8 people trying to get showered and changed at one point and some of us ended up changing in the pool area.

A lot of good staff have left. Cost cutting is obvious. No basic repairs/ maintenance. Walls and doors need a deep clean in bathrooms and paint touch ups. Rusty plant holder falling off wall in female toilets. Doors to toilets an eyesore with new locks scraping wall as not fitted correctly or finished to a decent standard. No curtain replaced in downstairs waiting area so ambience lost as too bright and scuttling staff seen too much which is not relaxing. Curtain also muffled loud voices of upstairs staff and customers a bit. No hot tea anymore / one jug of luke warm tea. No blanket for massage covering whilst waiting for masseuse, but a standard towel - what’s next? A piece of butchers paper? Pool. Is great but some deck chairs wobbly and need fixing and foam on cushions so thin that not comfy after 5 minutes. Prices have gone up as of my next visit I am told but if standards don’t improve I feel customers will be lost which will be a shame as I have been a regular for years and would hate it’s reputation to spiral downward.
