My treatment was amazing , however on the day of my visit, there was no hot water, therefore no showers. One other mention would be the bathroom floors were slippery and not the cleanest. Regardless of the above mentioned. I had a wonderful day and would book again.

Couples Recovery, Spa and Massage with champagne and hand made sweets. We both enjoyed this lovely treatment. Unfortunately the water temperature was EXCESSIVELY hot when we initially attempted to get into the tub, we had to add considerable cold water in order to get in. Once in, the Spa is “intimate” in size, watch those drain holes they are very easy to accidentally release. The massage was fabulous, the therapists were very attentive, cooling the room and moving our champagne to poolside when our treatment had finished.

This visit was a present from a family member so I didn't say for it and can't say value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit but believe you could improve in a few areas. We found tge area near the steps of pool/spa very slippery and we both nearly slipped over. Also tge pool itself was very slippery on the steps getting in. Maybe it needs a good brush down daily. My husband is 73 and if he fell and broke something, you would have had a law suit on your hands as no signs were up anywhere about taking care of wet and slippery surfaces. Just lucky I was able to stop my fall and warned my husband to be extracareful. He still slipped a bit whilst holding onto the rail. Very dangerous. As for the spa/massage room, it looked perfect but I believe you could put a rail at the edge of tge spa to help aged people like us to get in and out. The lovely ladies doing our massage did a wonderful job and we felt great after our experience. A big thank you.
