I had a deep tissue massage today, it was exactly what my body needed, the masseur was amazing, l would highly recommend and l will definitely be rebooking.

Lovely experience. My therapist asked if I was comfortable with the room temperature several times and checked in with how I was feeling. There was no music for about the first 20 minutes. The calming music helps to set the tone.

Thank you L.M.Spa for a wonderful birthday treat. A true Spa experience with friendly knowledgeable staff, thank you Simone for the most beautiful Rose Quartz Facial and massage. The advice to make sure I enjoyed a birthday cocktail and some nibbles by the pool was just the perfect finishing touch after my swim. Thank you for making my birthday truly special. I will definitely be doing this more often xx

Please do not change your quality of service and the makeup of your rooms. It is too easy to get sucked into the new age of QR codes and minimalism. It is nice to sit a read about the hotel and surroundings on paper (not on a phone or tablet) over a nice wine.
