This was a gift for my birthday. It was a lovely experience. My room was extremely cold and at times uncomfortable. The therapist did finish a little earlier than expected. However, Nat at reception identified this and made up for it with a platter of desserts and a bottle of sparkling wine. She went above and beyond to rectify the experience. Her friendly nature and willingness to make us happy was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this service and ask for the heated blanket. My friends in the other room had a blanket and loved every minute.

Would be lovely to have the day spa change rooms separate to the pool, when going back into the change rooms to get change I nearly slipped over, floor very slippery. Would feel more relaxing, and a real spa like experience if down stairs near waiting area.

We had a great experience. We have attended this spa many times over the last few years. This is our second visit in the last 4 months and on both occasions we have commented on the appearance of the outdoor entrance. It is in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance as are the columns in the swimming pool. I would hesitate to give a gift voucher at the moment as I believe when guests arrive and the steps are covered in dirt and bird droppings and haven’t been washed for months it detracts from the whole experience.

Beautiful day spa and surroundings. Lovely staff. The 2 hours package special is bliss and excellent value for money. Have been twice in two months and definitely going back again.

The only disappointing thing about the experience was the people using the upstairs gym were dropping weights, and the noise from them hitting the floor was going through to the roof of the room I was having the massage in. It wasn’t very pleasant. The rest of the experience including the therapist I had was amazing.
