Couples Recovery, Spa and Massage with champagne and hand made sweets. We both enjoyed this lovely treatment. Unfortunately the water temperature was EXCESSIVELY hot when we initially attempted to get into the tub, we had to add considerable cold water in order to get in. Once in, the Spa is “intimate” in size, watch those drain holes they are very easy to accidentally release. The massage was fabulous, the therapists were very attentive, cooling the room and moving our champagne to poolside when our treatment had finished.

The service and atmosphere was very good. The aesthetics were peaceful The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional The only concern I have is the pool area and change rooms are looking a bit old and grubby The pool depth signs are faded, there are rust marks around the hand rails and there are tiles missing in the spa area under the water The change rooms bench around the sink area are grubby The pume products in the shower do not pump very well The signage on the way in is ineffective and needs an upgrade

This was a lovely experience, staff were lovely. The only things that could have been better were bigger sizes available in robes, being a bigger girl this made it quite uncomfortable walking from bathroom to massage room, and the other suggestion is, because this is an expensive massage, it would be nice to be offered a glass of champagne or something other than the tea. Other than that was a lovely afternoon

The service provided here is exceptional- from the great communication to book the appointment to the friendly welcome and the massage itself. Can not fault the service at all. Will say that the space really needs attention to the maintenance- it is kind of dated in areas and the bathrooms and pool area are very not well maintained (very clean but old and wear and tear very visible). The staff are doing the best they can with the space but the management need to get a maintenance cycle and invest money into it.
