We went on a saturday. And not much people on the pool and spa which is good because the pool is quite small. Overall it was an awesome experience. The body and facial massage were the highlights. It was really good and the area are also clean and nice. The massage bed has adjustments. Towels, bath robes and slippers are provided. Toilet has complete amenities. Drinking water is available and lockers are provided. I just find it a bit pricy but despite that, I never felt so relaxed so i guess it was worth the price. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

Therapist was good. Massage was good. I love your pool. The lockers in the ladies were not properly working, other ladies also had the same issue while I was there. Figured out the Conditioner dispenser was either broken or not filled. Handy to have hair dryers installed and some moisturiser / skin lotion available in the ladies.

After a wonderful massage experience went to the pool and spa. Very disappointed was very cold and uninviting.

The massage was excellent and the massage staff cannot be faulted. One of the best massages I’ve had. However I was disappointed that you had no records of what we booked. I didn’t mention when we walked in that I had booked 30 min massage and 30 min facial. We received a 60 min massage. When I mentioned it to the receptionist she indicated that it was up to me to clarify that on arrival. That’s actually ridiculous that you don’t keep a record of what clients book and rely on them to tell you when they arrive. I booked via email and you would have a record of what was requested. The booking was actually made 3 months in advance.
