I love coming to the LM Spa in Werribee! It’s so relaxing, I love all the little details like the robe and slippers you get on arrival to wear throughout your visit. It was so nice to have a heated bed to lie on when I was getting a massage today. I especially loved the relaxing oil massage by Elle and the yummy tea to enjoy following the massage! You can’t beat the relaxing swim in the heated pool at the end of the spa experience. I loved everything about it!

You can’t book online. They don’t answer the phone. It is best to email them to call you, so that you can make a booking! The massage itself was amazing, however, we were never provided with towels so couldn’t use the steam room or shower afterwards, which was a little disappointing.

The treatments were superb and very good value for money packages in a beautiful environment, including a stunning indoor warm pool. Improvements to customer service are require. I experienced gaps in communication and lack of response to phone messages which was unhelpful prior to visit etc. I would like to have included another person to the outing and advised this 2 weeks prior, with no reply to this either. This aspect is a shame for such a lovely spa with beautiful treatment options. I would return again as therapists were excellent and overall a lovely day out.

Had a great experience. I had the spa indulgence package and I can highly recommend this! I left the spa feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Will definitely be back

It was a lovely relaxing environment. Staff were welcoming and peaceful. However, we filled in the form provided, where we selected certain areas and not others. The therapists did not seem to have read that because as the held the form in theire hands, and after asking us in the massage room where we would like the focus of the massage, they preceded to just do the whole body experience that presumably is standard. While there is nothing wrong with a whole of body, if one is asked where specifically to target, it would be sensible to do that. And one other issue, which is common to all spa massages we have attended, the massage is very surface oriented, it is not a massage that addresses tension areas, and even though we both asked for very firm massage, that was not the experience. If you like firm massages, and get very skin brushing massages, it is not relaxing it is frustrating. We have actually both realised that these types of massages are not for us in the future because I think what we are expecting is more a remedial massage, not a relaxation massage. But thanks to the staff, they did their standard massage well.
