The Therapists were amazing and provided a lovely experience. It was a shame the day was let down by the tidiness of the change room with over flowing towels and empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers.

The overall experience was good, but the front desk person was not attentive enough. The locker given to my partner was too small to fit all the clothes and shoes and it was not working properly, there was no slippers and bathrobe in the locker as well. The hammam experience was not pleasant because the steam from beneath the seat was too hot and it was impossible to sit with our legs on the floor. The exfoliation and the massage was very well done and we enjoyed it.

Beautiful treatment room, lovely therapists, gorgeous pool, lovely robes, loved the heated massage table. In person experience was wonderful, very sweet staff (found online comms not as friendly but in person, excellent) Only negative - The shower was covered in long hair and the shower did not appear clean.

My sister and I attended and had a 45 minute scrub. The staff let us know that the shower would come on when our time was up. Upon returning back to our rooms we were back at 4:40 entering at 4pm we spent about 15 minutes finishing up then chatting to the staff. Therefore the session was 20-25 minutes tops as the staff also spent time showing us where everything was. This was disappointing, we didn’t have our phones on us so we weren’t tracking the time and trusted the spa would have the timing right. We feel we should be reimbursed some way as essentially our session was for half of the time advertised.

Received the Lux 2 hour package as a Mother’s Day gift from my husband and kids. Thoroughly enjoyed my experienced. Anja was amazing and took the time to give me the most relaxing massage and facial. Bonus that the pool, spa and fitness centre was also included in the package. Facilities were dated and bathrooms could have been cleaner but still enjoyed my time here.

Have been a few times however the last 2 times have been quite noisy in the back corridor and my room must have backed on to a toilet. Hard to relax when you constantly hear other people coming and going during your session. Masseuse was lovely but also very noisy with getting things prepared. Squeaky cupboards, dragging draws etc. I loved the first few experiences but unfortunately I think it has gone downhill. My skin felt beautiful afterwards but I don’t think it was worth the $420 I paid today sadly as I could have had the same experience elsewhere.
