Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in the door, you are greeting with a smile and you instantly feel relaxed it is a great way to start your treatment.

Amazing treatments but environment needs updating. We had amazing treatments and wonderful staff, however the surroundings included tiles coming off steps, holes next to electrical sockets and no separate showers in the males. Some additional touches to bring more luxury to the spa experience would include: Much warmer pool for winter visits, a hair dryer or two in changing rooms as well as a small bathers dryer or plastic bags to put wet bathers in to take home. Providing a menu for snacks, drinks and close proximity to the restaurant would entice customers to stay longer and spend more!

Myra and Amy, the masseuses were excellent. We rebooked for a month’s time. Excellent service!

Lovely place, lovely staff. My 1st visit the massage was so soft is was practically a waste of time, even though I asked for as hard as possible. The 2nd visit was a bit better. Facials were good. Very hard to contact them by phone, rarely answered the phone and didn't return calls.
