The change rooms had an unpleasant smell and the steam room was not inviting. The staff were very professional and did everything they could do to help. The spa part of the pool was not warm enough. It was the same temperature as the rest of the pool making the experience less relaxing. It was great to be able to order food from the lounge but would have been better to do this from the spa site rather than walking across in a robe. Thank you - we will be back

Really enjoyed the spa. Staff friendly, attentive and very professional. Left the spa relaxed and reinvigorated only to have lunch at Joseph’s restaurant (part of our package) which was disaster out. Service was disappointing. In the end our 2 course meal was only one course after having been there for almost 2 hours and left waiting for dessert. Please don’t include this in your package. Ruins the spa experience and we went from feeling relaxed to stressed and disappointed.

We booked a full body massage, but my masseuse only went half way up the thigh and didn't massage my glutes at all. My husbands masseuse did. I was a little but disappointed and was left feeling 'unfinished'. Rating would definitely be higher if I actually received a FULL BODY massage. It's the most expensive massage we've ever paid for, but definitely not the best.

My therapist was Perry and she was amazing. Exactly what I was hoping for. Incredibly relaxing and didn’t stop for the whole 90 minutes. Constantly hands on with a fantastic massage and facial.

Our massage therapists were wonderful. I took my mum in, who is nearly 70 and has broken her spine, neck, collarbone, etc multiple times thanks to a life spent with horses. She has always been very nervous about massages, understandably, because she doesn't want to aggravate anything that's already upset within her body. I had booked an "indulgence package" through the hotel, which included a relaxation massage at the spa. We spoke to our massage therapists before the session and my mum explained her concerns. By the end of the session I thought I was going to need a spoon to scoop her up from the bed - she was so relaxed and happy! I honestly couldn't be happier I took her here. The only negative thing I can say is that there seemed to have recently been a bird that got lost in the spa lounge area, as there were a few small piles of bird droppings on the tiles. They kind of stand out like the proverbial, so it was hard not to notice them. Other than that though, everything else was clean, well maintained and had a nice ambience. They also served my favourite tea - TeaDrop for post massage wind down. Very appreciated!
