Such a beautiful, relaxing environment and my therapist who did my massage and facial was amazing. It is such a great experience and the products they use are of the highest quality. Thank you for a wonderful few hours

The environment is lovely however our therapists (couples massage) were not in a uniform; we’re not consistent with the massage. The pool was too cold to spend any real time in. No hairdryer or towels in the change room.

The service and atmosphere was very good. The aesthetics were peaceful The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional The only concern I have is the pool area and change rooms are looking a bit old and grubby The pool depth signs are faded, there are rust marks around the hand rails and there are tiles missing in the spa area under the water The change rooms bench around the sink area are grubby The pume products in the shower do not pump very well The signage on the way in is ineffective and needs an upgrade
