I think the welcome process for returning customers should be different. It can’t be fixed simply by building a database so you’re not asking returning customers to fill out the form which ones told was for insurance. There’s gotta be a better process for this repetitive process. Unless there’s been a change in circumstance which can be quickly checked by the receptionist. There were no towels in the ladies shower area. I had to go out and grab some by the pool. Other than that I had a great experience with my masseuse Amy. I’ve been coming to this spa for years.

Not much just to follow the instructions given by the client, if someone says they need it soft keep it that way or vice versa for the one who asked for firm.

The toom was warm, but I was cold during the massage. Heated blanket on bed would be beneficial during winter.slipoers and dressing gown was a special touch.

This was hard to rate. Reception area was lovely and inviting but change rooms were quite messy with towels and robes. We arrived in reception at 3.25 for a 3.45 appointment but due to receptionist not being able to find our voucher, we were delayed for our massage which then did not equate to an hour. we probably had a total of about 40 minutes all up. Massage was great but we paid had for an hour. Massage started at approximately 3.55 due to the confusion at reception but yet still finished at 4.40. Disappointed that we didn't receive what we paid for, and I feel I should have been offered a refund for what we missed out on. Once massage finished, I was called back to pay for the "other" massage. I had paid $300 for both and on the day, I had asked the receptionist that it reflect that the voucher and the extra massage for $150 were linked but each time I called (had to reschedule three times due to a family illness), they could never find the two massages that were paid for together, booked in together. I felt it was very unprofessional and when asked yet again yesterday to pay, I was highly disappointed that I had to go through a bank statement to show proof. Although the girls were very polite, this shouldn't have happened.

Our experience was fantastic, only negative was that the water in the spa could have been warmer
