I had the best massage and facial I have ever experienced. It was pure bliss with Peri. There were only a few things would've changed. One of the lights in the hammam was flickering so wasn't very soothing, and one the rose quartz rollers had a weird click that kept disturbing me. It would be nice to have the staff storage room closed off when guests are there so it doesn't ruin the ambience, but really, the whole thing was fabulous.

The treatment expenrience was amazing. However the pool and spa facilities needs to be maintained properly. The pool and spa was quite dirty. Also the steam room needs regular maintenance.

The staff were lovely and friendly, the treatment package we had was wonderful and enjoyed by both of us. Just a couple of minor issues, the treatment room we were in was obviously next to a staff room or similar as 90% of our treatment time we could hear conversations, laughing etc from the adjoining room. Also lockers were difficult to lock and we thought we had locked it but returned to find it unlocked. Overrall we enjoyed our time at L M SPA
