I was very disapointed in the service. I was called into the treatment room at 12:12 for a 12pm appointment and finished my massage and facial at 1:30. How did I recieve a 1 hour massage and 30 minute facial in this time? Not to mention there was at least 10-15mins at the beginning where we were expalined the treatments and asked for preferences as well as left to undress and get into the bed. So overal we paid for 1.5 hrs and got maybe an hour treatment at best. Aso why was I asked what pressure I liked if you could not accomodate high pressure? Extremely disapointed at the lack of communication as this was not mentioned anywhere or at any point of booking.

I don't need the review published, but I would like to provide feedback to L M Spa and am happy to be contacted if further information is required. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and booked a couples massage. Our masseuses were lovely, - warm, welcoming and friendly. My back snd shoulders had never had such wonderful attention, but other parts of my body were untouched (buttocks, front torso), and my feet and hands given only cursory attention. My husband said his massage was similarly lacking. When I trained in full body relaxation massage these were all important areas of the body and needed to be attended to with the appropriate technique, so this massage fell way below my expectations and was not actually as promoted, a full body massage. Please note that our disappointment was not with the clinicians as they were obviously both following standard instructions.

I was lucky enough to have Ella for my massage and facial. It has to be the best combination I’ve ever had - Ella has a special knack for caring and I’ve got to say it’s the maid’s relaxing and peaceful I’ve been for ages. She very special - I lived the experience with LM Spa Werribee. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely experience with 3 generations, Nana, Mum and Granddaughter celebrating her birthday. Totally pampered by the wonderful therapists at LM Spa.
