Better reception staff than my last visit with the rude Indian male who told me my voucher was invalid unit I showed him the original which was still valid. Dirty toilets and shower even though I had an early morning appointment. Shower had not been cleaned with hair covering the tiles and base of the shower. Therapist were good at their treatments. The facilities are dirty and need an upgrade, definitely not as good as it use to be 5 years ago.

We were asked to change appointment time which we could not so arrived for our appointments no one around I had to use the desk phone to call reception to ask if someone was coming. So after 20 mins someone came then quickly told us to go into the Hamman room and then no one would be around after we got out and just to leave . No personal experience no welcome no after care experience would not go back again totally unacceptable.

I was expecting a nice warm herbal tea however it was cold and unenjoyable. I was also disappointed that the lounge downstairs had removed the two day beds where you can kick your feet up and relax. Otherwise everything else was great.

This visit was a present from a family member so I didn't say for it and can't say value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit but believe you could improve in a few areas. We found tge area near the steps of pool/spa very slippery and we both nearly slipped over. Also tge pool itself was very slippery on the steps getting in. Maybe it needs a good brush down daily. My husband is 73 and if he fell and broke something, you would have had a law suit on your hands as no signs were up anywhere about taking care of wet and slippery surfaces. Just lucky I was able to stop my fall and warned my husband to be extracareful. He still slipped a bit whilst holding onto the rail. Very dangerous. As for the spa/massage room, it looked perfect but I believe you could put a rail at the edge of tge spa to help aged people like us to get in and out. The lovely ladies doing our massage did a wonderful job and we felt great after our experience. A big thank you.

I visited with 4 friends. The staff were wonderful and the treatments we received were amazing. Loved the pool, spa and steam room plus plentiful towels, super comfy robes and lovely toiletries. My only slightly negative feedback is that the size of the change room and number of showers isn’t really suited to more than 3 people at anyone time. It’s a bit squishy! There were 8 people trying to get showered and changed at one point and some of us ended up changing in the pool area.

The environment was lovely but unfortunately the rest was not what I thought, I asked for advice on what could assist with certain areas of my face but didn’t receive any. No communication on products used, recommendations of what may help or even things to avoid, Was not advised we would be able to access the pool, gym or steam room prior to visiting so was not prepared to do so ,,,(swimmers etc) Cost was expensive in comparison to other places I’ve been and had the same service,
