We felt that both therapists were in experienced. The oil used was of low quantity and didn’t have a pleasant feel or scent. The massage it self was repetitive and the therapist had bad breath. At one stage massage around the side of my neck up my face was weird and uncomfortable. The heated towel was so hot it burnt my back. The ambiance was nil shuffling of shoes and hands stop start not fluent. On leaving there was no professional relaxation time with a herbal tea or water. Ushered out to receptionist who was on the phone. No formal goodbye. For a 5 star accommodation price tag. It was a real let down and hope by providing this improvement will be made for the unsuspecting guests.

My massage therapist, Jenny, was friendly, kind and absolutely amazing at targeting the areas of my body in greatest need of relief. She listened and customised the treatment to suit my needs. I would definitely recommend her and would love to come back for another treatment!

We went on a saturday. And not much people on the pool and spa which is good because the pool is quite small. Overall it was an awesome experience. The body and facial massage were the highlights. It was really good and the area are also clean and nice. The massage bed has adjustments. Towels, bath robes and slippers are provided. Toilet has complete amenities. Drinking water is available and lockers are provided. I just find it a bit pricy but despite that, I never felt so relaxed so i guess it was worth the price. Thank you. I will definitely be back.
