There was an issue with my voucher but they didn’t check until after my appointment! Had to fork out when I shouldn’t have had to, they had multiple opportunities to check it prior

My first time visiting LM Spa was exceptional so I booked an experience for my parents to treat them. Unfortunately, this time, the experience was rather disappointing. The treatment start time was not respected and even though we arrived 20mins before our scheduled time, we were made to wait 30mins. The treatments itself started 10mins late and both my dad and I had therapists who were unsatisfactory. In particular, my therapist was sloppy, kept sighing and it was very clear she was taking every opportunity for a break. I did not feel at all rested and my 60-mins massage ended up being a 15mins of service with majority of the time spent just lying there. The hair mask was only applied on top and my hair started falling off as she was ripping them - absolutely dreadful and very painful. The facial was yet another let down - contrary to my first experience, the facial felt like only a cleanse. I really wanted this day to be special but it’s ruined it for me and my parents.

The toilet/change area needs a good clean - it was grubby and needs maintenance. I realise the facility is a bit tied but it could be really clean. And as two guest we were given a locker/key to share which was not big enough- and put our bags nearby . We should have been offered a locker each. We had a hammam and guests need to be told the very hot steam comes out where your feet hang when sitting on the tiled seat and you could burn yourself. It’s not a very comfy seat have keep your feet up so they don’t get burnt. The staff member who greeted us made it a flat experience- she did what was necessary felt like they did not care. Not customer service manner consistent with a good spa experience. The towels and gowns were good.

The booking process was not made very easy, due to the poor service of answering phones and not being able to book online. There was no confirmation reminders sent to remind you of your appointment and when calling prior to my appointment the staff mixed up my times. My first impressions were not great, but the rest of the service did improve once I received my treatment. I highly suggest they modify their booking system.

Nothing has changed since I've been there the last time. It's noisy and not relaxing at all. Staff lacked motivation.

Facilities were rundown. Bird poo all over the front steps couldn’t avoid walking in it. Bathrooms in desperate need of industrial cleaning mould in the corners. Massage was $220 for 90 minutes was really a 60 minute massage stretched into 90 minutes by a head rub that went on way too long. Overall disappointing won’t be back. Staff were lovely.
