Although I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment I had today, I was a bit disappointed in the manner of the staff. The lady at the reception desk was not very welcoming, she appeared to be quite short with us upon arrival and when leaving. As we left she was on the phone and I did say “thank you bye” and got a quick nod of the head in response. The therapist was friendly at the start but upon finishing treatment, I never saw her again which I found odd. Overall the actual treatment was so relaxing and I would highly recommend as it was worth the far drive we had.

Hi overall experience was good. However I must mention the spa experience was not as good. When we were taken to the spa room before our massage we were told the bath temp was at 38 degrees. However when my daughter and I got into our baths we were both surprised at how the water was so mild, literally almost cold. We had to try and refill it with hot water ourselves. By the time we emptied some of the water out and refilled it to be warm enough the bubble bath was gone so it was just water. It took almost 10 min to refill the bath. So unfortunately the bath experience wasn't what we expected as it cut into our time. The music was loud and repetitive. The same song played over and over and to be honest it wasn't a relaxing sound. It wasn't until our massages that the therapist turned it off and changed the track. She also agreed it wasn't a relaxing track to listen to. Apart from that the therapist themselves were great. The massage and facial my daughter and I received were very good. Had we have had a nice spa experience I would give it a higher rating.

We enjoyed our experience at LM Spa however we found it overpriced for what it was.. Positives: Hammam was wonderful, would go back for this alone. Reception staff lovely. Facial treatment was nice (but again, overpriced). Negatives: The actual day spa beds are quite small, felt like I had to hold my arms in the whole time and if I were any taller my feet would be hanging off the bed. The pool area is dull and the pool lounges are very uncomfortable, the toilets were not well maintained - water all over the floor in the women's with spa towels down to walk on, nowhere to really get changed other than a wet shower or toilet stall. The whole area could do with a revamp.

You can hear the girls chatting away while you're waiting in the relaxing lounge area. When you do the client consultation and ask the client to fill out the card please actually listen to what the client has said. If they have noted not to work on certain areas then don't. When you lower the table either warn the client or maintain that physcial contact with them so it doesn't scare they heck out them. Receptionist was warm and welcoming. The oil disfuser smells were lovely.
