Compared to previous experiences at LM Spa, this was quite disappointing. The waiting area downstairs was uncomfortably warm and crowded pretreatment. The locker room was a complete mess with every basket overflowing with used robes, slippers and rubbish. The floor was wet. No towels for showering. Just a really shocking state for cost which hampered the experience. It felt like things were overbooked making it unpleasant as staff were neglectful of spaces.

The pool and steam room are looking very tired and in desperate need of upkeep. Was a little annoying to be relaxing in the couch area and have a staff member constantly going in and out of the store room for towels and supplies. We had a sweet plate but it was 6 macarons on a slimy substance that made us thing that the water from the spa being filed had gotten into the plate and made the macarons soggy. We had a couples package and there were no strawberries on the plate which is a missed opportunity

Front reception was very accommodating, nice and very professional. Same with Joseph Restaurant. As for the pampering side not so professional one of the girls finger nails keeper stabbing her, nails were obviously to long for this profession. The massage it self was okay but not up to usual standard unfortunately. I think the ladies change room needs to be bigger and lockers updated could hardly fit anything in those. Not sure I would be in a rush to go back.

The massage and facial were lovely but the venue itself was disappointing. The receptionist was sat eating lunch when we arrived which didnt set the tone for a professional experience, the showers and changing area was not very clean with quite a lot of hairs around and used towels thrown around. There were also used plates and glasses lying around on the table when we came out to relax. As a further note , the glasees ( which were plastic and again not what we expected) were only cleared away when we askwd for a glass of sparkling and they needed to take them to wash them for our drinks. I was definitely disappointed by the venue.
