Overall, the experience was good, but the receptionist came to me at 4.55 pm to advise me the Spa would be closed at 5 pm. If I wanted to stay longer I could, but I would have to drop my key at the Hotel reception. She did not advise me where that was and which way to go. I completed my client details, but the therapist attending me did not get this handed to her so I had to go through all the information again. I also requested the therapist advise me on each treatment she was doing, but this didn't happen, so I had no idea what was going on my face.

The place is quite dated. Changerooms/lockers are flimsy or need maintenance and a good clean. Also, the changeroom/locker area needs to be bigger. Being Sunday, they needed more staff at reception. Having one person, she seem to be run off her feet, which affects the whole calm environment. Not her fault, just needed more staff. While the spa is dated and not very lux, the treatment (massage, facial and hair) was great. Therapist was great - no complaints. For the priced we paid, it's value for money.

I would definitely attend again. However, feedback...the sauna made a VERY loud deafening sound, I had to leave every few mins as it was very uncomfortable. I reported it to Courtney at reception, she didn't seem phased. Said "no one has ever complained before" Sorry, this is not how you handle complaints. The spa water was way too cold.The waiting room couch seats at the LM Spa were soaking wet. The tea served was cold and flavourless. I waited 7 mins for therapist to come back into the room after I stripped. All I had on was undies and robe as instructed. 1 min would have sufficed. Alot of attention to detail is missing for a luxe spa experience, but the massage itself was honestly great. Very relaxing.

Better reception staff than my last visit with the rude Indian male who told me my voucher was invalid unit I showed him the original which was still valid. Dirty toilets and shower even though I had an early morning appointment. Shower had not been cleaned with hair covering the tiles and base of the shower. Therapist were good at their treatments. The facilities are dirty and need an upgrade, definitely not as good as it use to be 5 years ago.

Overall it was a very nice experience. However, not very suitable for elderly people as bathroom floor and pool area tiles were slippy, no hook for towel on door of shower and no handrail in shower. Bathroom area was a bit congested with only two toilets.
