Amy is an absolutely amazing therapist. Your facilities are quite dated, the ground around the pool needs resurfacing as it brings a lot of dirt into the pool. The spa entrance is extremely slippery. The spa needs a clean. The floors in the change room need resurfacing, i slipped several times (with your in house slippers on). The steam room is also quite slippery and dirty with obvious mould spores. The change room facilities are cramped with a terrible floor plan. Why is the bathroom bench slats? everything falls through? The spa needs to be warmer

After visiting the spa I would say that some things need to be looked at. The shampoo conditioner and body wash are ridiculously hard to get out you can only pump them so many times. Also no hair dryer in the change room, there used to be as this is not my first time attending the spa. Proper glasses in the lounge area down stairs would be nicer than plastic. Water in the pool area would also be a good idea.

We booked a full body massage, but my masseuse only went half way up the thigh and didn't massage my glutes at all. My husbands masseuse did. I was a little but disappointed and was left feeling 'unfinished'. Rating would definitely be higher if I actually received a FULL BODY massage. It's the most expensive massage we've ever paid for, but definitely not the best.
