I have visited elim.spa twice and both times I am surprised by the unkept dirty and unattractive entrance to the reception area. The area should be pressure cleaned and spruced up to make it more inviting. When I walked up to the steps I wasn't even sure if it was open or not as all the curtains are drawn and there is nobody in sight. I also found the prices are extremely high. I received the same massage elsewhere for $100 Less. I will NOT be visiting again.

I had a massage & facial on the day with my daughter, I have filled out the paperwork before to stay I have oily skin, not sure what they used for the facial, however I ended up with a bad reaction on left side of my face, very inflamed & bubbly, have been to the doctors & advised it is from a bad reaction.. unfortunately I won’t be going back there again

Our therapists were lovely, and my partner loved his treatment. My treatment was good, however my therapist did leave the room twice during my 30 min facial. The second time was while I had a enzymatic peel on my skin, which result in my scalp massage not being very long. The therapist also took a while to return to the room once we unrobed and getting onto the beds.
