Best massage in a ling time! Ana was excellent and very professional. It went so quickly the treatments. Will return. No toilets at massage rooms area.pool wasnt warm enough nor was the spa that needs improvement as tiles are slippery down the steps into the spa and loose blue stone,push to one side. Thanks Elisa Happy birthday to me 🎂

This was my 3rd visit and I always have a fantastic time, the therapist’s are always great as is the greetings and welcome! Had a lovely relaxing morning, looking forward to coming back again!

A calm, relaxing and elegant environment. There is an emphasis on customer care with attention to detail a stand out feature. Quality decor that oozes luxury. Professional staff and you can design your own package. I so enjoyed my 3 hours and will definitely book again.

Very happy to see money spent on pool area and sandstone columns repaired. Pool was a great temperature. Staff were excellent. Lounge chair covers all need to be cleaned, hose them off outside and give them a scrub, they are filthy and I seriously doubt they have ever been properly cleaned. First lounge chair is wobbly. 2 plants in pots out front look very shabby, just need trim and some nice Little Rock’s. Front window and door needs to be cleaned more regularly, have never seen it properly cleaned ( can tell old bird poo from fresh bird poo). Hope this helps.

The massage was really excellent - thanks! Probably my only thought for improvement would be that the ladies changing room could probably be better designed / larger. At busy times (e.g. on the hour when a group of people are finishing massages and another group are getting ready) it's really hard to move around each other, especially near the lockers at the end.
