Disappointing entrance to the spa. Dirty and uninviting. Very expensive.

When I arrived for my treatment there was tree lopping out the front of the spa. I was assured that it would not be able to be heard when in the treatment room but that was not the case. The whole way through my treatment all I could hear was the chainsaw and the mulching, it wasn't just in the background it was loud. It really wasn't relaxing at all.

dissappointed. its not cheap, and although the lady was lovely, i really dont think she was a qualified masseuse. My second time here, the first i paid for, this was a birthday treat, and ive been dissappointed both times, there are far better options in the area.

Went to bathroom and open my cupboard to retrieve my dressing gown and it wasn’t there. I then went back to reception and was told “it in your locker. Did you open it”. I said yes nothing there and then proceeded giving it to me. As I was getting changed a lady comes into the male toilets from the pool asking me if I can get her bags out of the locker when I was half naked. I told her to wait. I get ready and receptionist tell me to go down stairs and someone would get me. Waiting room was dirty, white stone doors were black (need a magic sponge) to clean it and I waited around 15 minutes. The lady that massage me was the best massage I have received.

This is usually our favorite place to come for a mum's day off spa day. My hot stone massage and facial was excellent, I have no complaints there, however the rest of the experience was not great. The pool area was dirty, the pool water very cold, no choice on the food menu, ended up receiving very cold fries. Very dirty changing room facilities, hair all in the shower, no shampoo in one and the conditioner in the other empty, we were overcharged by $45, never received our bubbles as part of the winter warmer package, my 2 friends treatments were 20 minute shorter than planned, with a lady who was more concerned with her phone than the actual treatment. It felt as though all staff were new, the receptionist, albeit lovely, didn't know how to use the computer, the upkeep of the facilities is so far from what it usually is. We were really disappointed. We save weekly for this day out and it has left us feeling really flat. I would like to thank the therapist that completed by treatment (apologies I cannot remember her name) she was excellent, kind, warm and gentle at my request. A day with LM Spa is usually great, so I think this feedback is needed, to ensure you don't lose customers to what can be easy fixes. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

Unfortunately this experience didn’t live up to my previous visit. Four years ago I attended for a babymoon package and it was absolutely amazing, which is why I chose to return. The staff on this occasion were very lovely and welcoming and the customer service itself was warm and friendly. However, there was no pre-massage paperwork completed, I was only verbally asked about allergies or pain areas. During the massage there were frequent 3–4 minute pauses throughout the session, which I’ve never experienced before. Around a third of the massage was performed one-handed, which made the treatment feel below average and not as relaxing or consistent as expected. The lounge seating in the waiting area was also quite worn and could really use an upgrade, as it detracted from the overall spa atmosphere. While the staff were kind and professional, the massage itself was a let down, particularly for the price paid. I would have expected a higher standard given my previous experience.
