Booked 30min massage, on leaving reception afterwards i looked at the time and realised it was 35 minutes after I had arrived at reception for my appointment = massage was less than 30mins,it felt like it had gone quick, and in fact it had,that's a bit disappointing

The therapist was very good but the place looking a bit shabby especially the front entrance also the barman spa needs a good clean and scrub the tiles

i have been here a couple of times, the first time i paid $600 worth of treatments and it was definitely not worth it, felt very rushed and not relaxing at all. the second time i went was on a groupon so half the price. massage and facial was really nice and certainly a much better experience but they missed the hair treatment and sparkling wine. not sure why i wasn't given these? the pool are is dirty and needs a good clean their is gritty sand everywhere which is not pleasant on your feat. the most disappointing thing for me was this was the first time away from my baby and i just wanted a nice shower, only to get in their and their was no shampoo or conditioner, so i had to go home and have a shower and wash my hair, not the relaxing experience i was hoping for or expecting from this type of spa and price.

I’ve had many spa treatments in my life in Australia and overseas, this was my first visit to LM Spa and as I’m used to five star experience I was disappointed with the experience at this spa. Firstly there were rough road to get there and now my car requires a wash! My Moroccan steam experience was good, area for change and showers was disgusting and messy I don’t care that the place was busy these facilities need to be cleaned consistently. I was disappointed there was no disposable underwear for my three hour treatment, the music playing did my head in and I could barely relax, until almost half way that finally the staff member lowered the sound in treatment room, no aromatic scent anywhere, no candles or scent I asked for some aroma so I can feel the experience of three hour long! Unfortunately I didn’t feel it was worth the money, I was told when booking the Moroccan Melt that I could ask for change of massage like include a mask or scrub instead of 90mins continuous treatment. I was told I’ll have to pay extra so I declined. I don’t think I’ll return to this facility it felt like a leisure Centre because of people in and out of the pools and in the lounge there was a crowd. Nothing special about it, although the lady who treated me did her best and was nice and polite. I felt sorry for her doing three hours non stop! Anyhow definitely will go to eastern side of Melbourne for better spa experience next time.
