i dont see the sense of getting us to fill in a form prior to the massage if they then take no notice of it. I said not scalp or neck and i got both. The massage seemed very formulatic. Would not go back.

Bit of a bummer. I had booked this well in advance. And loved previous care ( Annya) but had a sweet young girl. Knowing she will improve. Even desk girl Evangeline took offence for constructive criticism. Spent my hard earned $ & little disappointed thats all. Especially knowing that in the past care was grouse.

I was very disapointed in the service. I was called into the treatment room at 12:12 for a 12pm appointment and finished my massage and facial at 1:30. How did I recieve a 1 hour massage and 30 minute facial in this time? Not to mention there was at least 10-15mins at the beginning where we were expalined the treatments and asked for preferences as well as left to undress and get into the bed. So overal we paid for 1.5 hrs and got maybe an hour treatment at best. Aso why was I asked what pressure I liked if you could not accomodate high pressure? Extremely disapointed at the lack of communication as this was not mentioned anywhere or at any point of booking.

I felt that the treatment today was a little out of balance. When asked about the pressure of the massage I requested firm, to which it was replied - it will be relaxed & firm. I felt that my body was completely oiled with little pressure at all (other than the shoulder blades). Then I felt the massage was rushed, the facial was repetitive & too much time was spent oiling up my hair. Overall I would rate my massage therapist a 3/10 - she didn't listen to my request.

Not very welcoming, at reception the staff barely looked away from they screen to talk to You. The therapist seems to be quite new and inexperienced.
