Hi - all the staff are very lovely and I am always very happy with my hair - which of course is the most important thing. So thank you! The two things that would make a big difference to the experience for me are: (1) a longer/better head massage during the hair wash (even when I paid the extra $35 for the additional conditioning treatment and massage it was pretty short and not luxurious and I would expect even without paying that additional charge that a salon of your high quality would spend a bit more time on this); (2) after a stressful week at work, I would really like the time at the hairdresser to be peaceful and relaxing but I find the loud, nightclub style music very jangly and targeted at a young clientele. I wonder if it would be worth surveying your clients to see, on balance, what kind of music they would like - or no music - to make it the most enjoyable experience possible for your clients. Thank you for seeking feedback.
