Jess S was AMAZING! I am a nervous client. She listened patiently to what I wanted (even though I wasn't very concise!), and was understanding and actually 'got it', and then explained everything that she was going to do before putting scissors to hair. Her talent is excellent, and her chair-side manner is completely lovely. I am 100% happy with the result. Thanks Jess!
